Our Returns Policy

At ECRU, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ecruandoak.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange items that are defective or damaged on arrival.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
